How to prepare molletes
for a delicious and balanced breakfast?

Ingredients
- A jar of “Las chachitas” of your choice 😋
- A good French baguette
- A good cheese (Emmental / Comte / Gouda...)
- Salted butter
- A red bean puree ( our recipe here )
- Pico de gallo ( our recipe here )
The recipe for molletes
1 - Cut your baguette into equal sized slices.
2 - Spread the toast generously with butter.
3 - Add a nice layer of fried red beans ( our recipe here )
4 - Cover with cheese
5 - Place your molletes in the oven at 200°C, until the bread and cheese are lightly toasted.
6 - Finish with a small dab (or more) of your favorite chachita

Little bonus
