NOTRE HISTOIRE

Las Chachitas were born from a Franco-Mexican encounter, Chachita (Angelica) and Chachito (Fabien).

Year after year, faced with the lack of authentic Mexican hot sauces in France, Angie(chachita) developed her own homemade recipes. Little by little, and given their success among our entourage, the idea grew to make it a joint project, with the goal of making authentic Mexican sauces, 100% made in France.
To do this, we have carefully selected quality, typically Mexican ingredients: habanero, serrano, jalapeno, arbol, chipotle peppers and tomatillos, to help you discover the true flavors of Mexico.

The result is a range of artisanal Mexican sauces, produced in France, made up of more than 90% ingredients of French origin, including more than 50% from Provence.

Our Las Chachitas sauces are made without preservatives or additives and are pasteurized to preserve their freshness and authentic flavors. They represent the perfect fusion of traditional Mexican recipes and French expertise, offering you a true taste adventure with every taste.

OUR RAW MATERIALS

Tomatoes, tomatillo, arbol pepper, serrano pepper, habanero pepper, jalapeño, chipotle, peanut, garlic, onions, carrot, bell pepper, zucchini, salt, virgin olive oil, represent all the ingredients that you will find in our sauces, no additives, no preservatives...

Only natural products grilled and mixed just before canning and pasteurization.
